| Visual Electronics and Gometrics have signed an agreement transferring the exploitation rights of the DeltaNet application. Gometrics will assume the after-sales service and maintenance of the application for the current users. Both companies will guarantee the future development of this environmental application, in order to adapt it to the legislation in force in each autonomous community.
