GC Series super-compact elastomer-sealed gas mass flow controllers

Brooks Instrument has launched a new range of mass flow controllers (MFCs): the competitively priced, small GC series, based on MEMS sensor technology.

Aimed at original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of benchtop bioreactors and analyzers, the GC series is ideal for applications where accuracy and space utilization are critical. Its compact design allows for seamless integration into cabinets with limited space.

It features virtually zero valve leakage rate, repeatable control that helps preserve process integrity, and flexible RS485 analog/Modbus communications for easy integration into OEM control architectures.

The Brooks Calibration Application Tool (BCAT) is a Windows desktop application for configuring and monitoring GC series mass flow controllers, providing real-time monitoring, tuning and flow calibration with accuracy validation.
