The GM-610 transmitter accepts a pressure signal and converts it to a 4-20 mA current signal.
The piezoresistive sensing element is not isolated from the diaphragm, so the fluid must be air or inert gases. The diaphragm is made of silicon.
There is no air consumption, the maximum pressure being twice the specified full scale.
As an option, it can be supplied as a 4-wire transmitter “GM-610F” with 24 Vdc power supply (isolated), and 4-20 mA output (maximum load 1000 Ohm).
