VANGUARD wireless gas detector for toxic and combustible

The Vanguard WirelessHART gas detector from UNITED ELECTRIC is ideal for monitoring toxic and combustible gases without costly, fixed wiring.

With a five-year battery life and a calibration button, the Vanguard detector is easy to operate and maintain. Each detector has a WirelessHART transceiver, antenna, display, long-lasting power module, gas sensor and signal processor for the gas sensor.

Vanguard uses a sensor architecture with the “Flexsense”trademark, which allows the sensor to identify its target gas and self-configure itself to a Vanguard transmitter when connected.

It is currently available with either a non-dispersive (0-100% LEL) infrared methane sensor (NDIR) or an electrochemical hydrogen sulfide sensor (0-100 ppm).
