DR72 Digital Manometer

The DR72 series of digital manometers offers a dual alternative of use: process manometer/vacuometer on the one hand, reference standard instrument in calibration tasks on the other. The equipment incorporates a pressure sensor with overlapping ranges from vacuum to 350 bar. The material in contact is stainless steel AISI 316 for pressures above 1 bar and therefore admits liquids or gases compatible with that material. For lower pressures it is only suitable for inert gases.

The DR72 series is equipped with a front cover that incorporates a tactile button panel for on/off/zero/configuration states. The manometer offers a wide range of functionalities such as auto power off time, maximum and minimum readings, change of engineering units, tare, alarms, password and additional functions configurable from the keypad itself.

The pressure gauge is encapsulated in a 316 stainless steel box 110 mm in diameter with housing for three AA size batteries that illuminate a large LED display of 350 segments for a numerical and alphanumeric indication backlit at will with LED and high visibility.

It has an external 24 Vdc power input to facilitate its installation in process. In addition, the DR72 can be supplied with a 4-20 mA analog output or configured as a slave in a network of sensors connected via MODBUS RTU RS-485 protocol, which gives the DR72 perfect scalability in distributed control systems (DCS).

Gometrics multifunction portable calibrator MF680

The MF680 multifunction process calibrator manufactured by Gometrics is an instrument that combines technology, robustness and ease of use. Ideal for field adjustments or calibrations of a wide variety of process instruments, an ideal compromise between performance, dimensions, ease of use and cost.

The MF680 calibrator is a microprocessor-based digital pressure gauge. The instrument is equipped internally with a strain gauge sensor in stainless steel for ranges above 1 bar.

Pressure generation pump BP101G

The Gometrics Model BP101G hand pump is a manual compressor capable of generating up to 10 bar of pressure in closed circuits without volumetric consumption for fine adjustment of the desired pressure.

It is a small, lightweight pump with a purge system for zeroing the loop and a connection to the instrument to be calibrated.

It has a simple system of pneumatic pressure generation without the need for mains supply, being ideal for on-site calibration operations of pneumatic instruments, low pressure measuring equipment, simulation of signals for the processing of P transmitters, pressure switches, valve positioners, pressure gauges, etc.

DL760-18 Reference Temperature Reader and Datalogger

As a result of Gometrics’ experience in the world of industrial and laboratory instrumentation, the DL760-18 Reference Temperature Reader and Datalogger has been designed. It is a high-precision thermometer for use in a laboratory or on field.

In order to perform temperature calibrations or other type of thermal mapping tests, it is necessary to use instruments with low measurement uncertainty. This instrument allows you to read several temperature sensors at the same time with high precision.

The DL760-18 Reference Temperature Reader and Datalogger (also called RTMetrics system) allows the measurement of electrical quantities with their corresponding temperature correlations (thermocouples and thermoresistances).

This equipment is meant to operate as part of a system that includes reference temperature probes, calibration blocks and a data acquisition software. The system comes with a free-of-charge software for configuration of temperature channels.

This model needs to be connected through a USB port to a personal computer to run the software.

T-Metrics® is the trademark of a Gometrics calibration system created for the calibration of thermoresistances and thermocouples. This system developed by Gometrics R&D team has both hardware and software devices.
Designed for laboratories and companies that need to optimize time in temperature probe calibration operations. It is in fact an advanced and highly accurate system that supports the reading of smart reference probes (SPRT) and also process type three or four-wire temperature probes (e.g. Pt100).
The software allows to automate the processes of recording the different resistance or mV measurements as well as the control and supervision of dry blocks or thermostatic baths. The main reference temperature calibrator is the multichannel precision thermometer RTMetrics that provides metrological strength to the whole system.

TCT-450/TCT-450H Calibration dryblocks

Gometrics TCT-450/TCT-450H calibration dryblocks are portable instruments designed for generating heat quickly and precisely for the verification of temperature sensors such as resistance and thermocouple thermometers.

The temperature of these dryblocks is controlled by a set of highly stable sensors RTD-type and a digital controller with Fuzzy + PID functions, with set point and system temperature indicators.

The controller output goes to a power supply especially designed to reach rapidly the temperature of the desired set point, ensuring the system is highly stable. LGM Reference gas mixer for field use

In both industrial and laboratory settings, there are processes requiring the handling of industrial gases.

One of the most frequent operations is the blending or mixing of two or more input gases from standard gas bottles. In order to do this, industries and labs are equipped with gas handling devices of greater or lesser complexity.

The LGM mixer designed by Gometrics takes a balance gas input and up to 3 standard gases. It comes with an optional battery and a suction hand grip for field use and has an internal pressure sensor to monitor the output pressure of the mixture at any moment. The homogeneity of the mixture is guaranteed by a patented mixing method.

The device allows the user to mix gases in the most suitable form for the application. The instrument can be delivered blind and without keyboard (when operating from PC) or with a simple human-machine interface to allow greater autonomy in field applications.

Industrial Gas Mixer IGM

There are processes in the industry in which it is critical the correct manipulation of gas flows. One of the most common operation is the blending of 2 or more gases available from gas cylinder standards, either pure or premixed with certified gas component concentrations.

The solution developed by GOMETRICS makes it really easy to carry out the operations of manipulation of these gases with a high level of performance. Thanks to a very versatile and propietary software the IGM allows the engineer, researcher or technician to optimally generate the required gas blend for your process in a matter of seconds. Typical applications include calibration of gas detectors, linearity analysis for analyzer verification, packaging for the preservation of food, material surface treatments and biochemical reactors.

Reference temperature monitor RTM1-8

The RTM1-8 reference digital thermometer is a benchtop instrument designed and manufactured by Gometrics for temperature indication with a very high level of precision and extremely high stability over time, giving this instrument a degree of reliability only offered by sophisticated laboratory instruments.

The RTM1-8 temperature monitor accepts RTD and thermocouples. It incorporates a 16-bit microprocessor for characterization calculations in resistance-temperature conversion (for RTD) and voltage-temperature conversion (for TC).

The equipment implements in its mathematical algorithms the decaracterization polynomials, making the conversion error Ohms or mV – temperature 10 times less than the resolution of the instrument.

The RTM1-8 incorporates a 24-bit resolution A/D converter, which together with the electronic circuit design achieves high repeatability and measurement reliability.

 

DI-8CH portable case

The DI-8CH brake panel testing kit is a portable case designed to test the functioning of electrically-operated valves in panels and to measure the pressure values in the main circuits to prevent future incidents when testing the brakes on the RENFE TCR locomotive.

The case comprises 8 model M40 digital pressure gauges. Each indicator is assigned a duly identified pressure transducer.

These pressure gauges read the signal in from the pressure transducers and display them as pressures based on the range.

Electric Generators HI-300 and HI-301

The HI-300 and HI-301 models are hand-held power generators for panel mounting. They control a 4 to 20mA loop, powered by the instrument itself.

By acting directly on the control, it is possible to control the value of the output current. This is indicated as an adjustment and is located on the front of the instrument.

The generator has a dual display, the first is a three-digit numerical display, which indicates the value of the output in percentage mode for the range from 4 to 20 mA.

The second display consists of a bar of 10 LEDs and allows the value of the output to be observed as an analogical approximation.

These electric generators have a double feeding system, being able to be fed from a 220Vac mains voltage or from a 24Vcc supply.

P/I GM710 converter

The GM-710 receives a pressure signal and converts it to a 4-20 mA current signal.

The piezoresistive sensor is not insulated from the diaphragm. The fluid must therefore be air or inert gases. The diaphragm is made of silicon.

No air is consumed, the maximum pressure being two times the lowest value on the specified scale.

Can optionally be supplied with “GM-710F” 4 wire transmitter, with a 24 Vcc feed (insulated), and output 4-20 mA (maximum load 1000 Ohm).

Pressure stabilizer BCU2

The BCU-2 pressure stabilizer is a desktop device designed to facilitate the calibration of pneumatic instruments.

The high resolution of the BCU-2, together with its capacity to generate pressure or vacuum, make it an ideal instrument for low pressure (below 1 psi) for calibrating and carrying out essays.

The stabilizer disposes of two pressure output at the front via push fit coupling and one at the rear with power supply 1/8” NPT H. From a regulated pressure source, it can adjust any pressure value with and precision/sensitivity of 0.0005 psi (0.03 mbar).

 

MAN-01 Nitrogen recovery case

The MAN-01 portable case is designed to recover N² from aircraft tires for regulation and reuse in other functions, such as in lifting gear for changing wheels.

It comprises a model 1400 (or higher) case, a pressure regulator, a needle pressure gauge and a pair of 1.2 m input and output connection lines.

C-8B Nitrogen service trolley

The equipment is manufactured by Gometrics for a range of pneumatic functions such as bottle filling (a maximum of 8/10 bottles up to 3100 psi) and input pressure regulation at different pressure ranges.

When the bottles are full, the C-8B unit can control the pressure in them via three pneumatic outputs, two of which the operator can individually adjust using a pressure regulator and their corresponding pressure gauges. The third output is the only one of the three that is preset in the factory using an internal regulator set and sealed at approximately 120 psi.

Pressure readings can also be taken from a pressure gauge associated with the output of this regulator.

PMC-001-HK Pressure control portable system

The PMC-001-HK is a portable system manufactured by Gometrics for the control, multiplication and indication of the supply pressure of high-pressure nitrogen.

The system has been designed to deliver a continuous supply of gas to the system, independently controlling and indicating the working pressure.

Allows multiple supply variables, from portable nitrogen bottles attached to the rear of the equipment by flanges or from a compressor.

The equipment is installed in a frame with wheels and handles making it mobile and easily transportable to the operations site.

To ensure the equipment is safely attached and to prevent falls, the trolley has an anchoring point between the wheels where straps can be fixed to the floor.

The GM810 series is a range of pressure transmitters designed and manufactured by Gometrics for precision applications in the process instrumentation industry or machine design engineering.

The transmitter comprises a piezoresistive pressure transmitter built into a cylindrical stainless steel block that also contains a converter card that emits an electronic signal in proportion to the input pressure signal.

The instrument accepts any type of fluid that is compatible with the construction materials (316 stainless steel).

RTM-1 reference temperature monitor

The RTM-1 digital reference thermometer is a desktop device designed and manufactured by Gometrics for indicating temperature with a very high level of precision and an extremely high long term stability, giving it a level of reliability only found in sophisticated laboratory instruments.

The measuring circuit of the RTM–1 reference thermometer self-calibrates against an internal resistance standard, ensuring the stability needed for reliable measurements.

The keyboard of the RTM-1 reference thermometer allows the deviation function coefficients to be entered which, when read directly in ºC achieves a precision of 0,01 ºC in any value of the calibrated range between –200 and +200 ºC and 0,02 ºC between +200 ºC and +660 ºC, stable for one year.

DPM-500 panel digital pressure gauge

DPM-500 digital pressure gauges are programmable calibration instruments based on a microprocessor that can be configured directly from the keyboard.

Features such as high and low alarm settings, alarm differential, reading storage (peak and valley), etc., are quickly and easily accessible, allowing the instrument to be adapted to any application or new requirements of the procedure.

The DPM-500 incorporates a “strain gauge” type pressure transducer in a box with front keyboard of standardized dimensions.

Digital panel pressure gauge DPM600

The DPM600 series of digital pressure gauges is the technical evolution of the DPM500 series. It brings together a range of panel instruments for measuring relative, absolute, differential or vacuum pressure, depending on the type of sensor to which it is connected. The display indication is configured from the keypad itself, allowing easy configuration of alarms. It has recording of the readings in maximum or minimum (peak & valley).

The DPM600 incorporates a high precision strain gauge type pressure transducer in stainless steel for ranges over 1 bar. The units of measurement are configurable from the instrument itself, as well as the autozero, tare, password and active or passive power supply functions.

The DPM600 supports internal or remote pressure sensing, so the instrument can be adapted to any application.

Other available options include analog output in current or voltage, ModBus digital communication, RS485 output, quick access menu, display filter, different degrees of brightness, among others.

Although the instrument measures pressure in a very stable way, annual recalibration is recommended. If adjustment is required, it can be referred to Gometrics or purchase the KT-60 configuration kit supplied separately. The kit contains a CL-60 reference cable and a CD-60 software CD-60 equipped with the appropriate driver to run the adjustment from a PC.

Digital indicator TI-500

Gometrics digital indicators TI-550 are panel receptors that display on a digital screen the variations in an electronic signal from a process instrument, transmitter, or converter.

The TI-500 series range of high performance electronic instruments are programmable from a front keyboard that allows access to up to three pages of programming for the instrument configuration according to the application allowing the entry signal, analog output, alarms etc. to be quickly and easily changed if desired.

An easy to read 5-digit display, alarm position LEDs and three membrane keys for configuration complete the front cover of this high precision and extremely reliable instrument with standardized dimensions and attractive design.

CN-97 portable calibrator

The CN-97 is a portable calibrator designed by Gometrics for verifying and calibrating pressure gauges in service and gas stations. It can be operated from a 220 Vac mains feed or from the rechargeable batteries stored inside it.

The calibrator comprises a strong case containing the following parts:

  • T210P digital pressure gauge
  • Accumulator tank (inside the case)
  • Purge valve
  • Input valve
  • Mains feed/recharging system

Leak Calibrator with digital reading MFC-30

El MFC-30 is a leak calibrator which uses the same technological developments as for measuring pressure, flow and temperature.

It is used as a calibrator for any model of flow or pressure measuring instruments, but is particularly suitable for the calibration of micro-gauges.

The MFC-30 ensures that the pressure and leak rates of the system are under specification. This is essential in many situations where micro-gauges have given “erratic readings”.

After an investigation, it has been determined that the cause is an incorrect control pressure.

Pressure generation pump BP100V

The Gometrics Model BP100V hand pump is a manual compressor capable of generating up to -0.999 mbar vacuum in closed circuits without volumetric consumption for fine adjustment of the desired pressure.

It is a small, lightweight pump with a purge system for zeroing the loop and a connection to the instrument to be calibrated.

It has a simple system of pneumatic pressure generation without the need for mains supply, being ideal for on-site calibration operations of pneumatic instruments, low pressure measuring equipment, simulation of signals for the processing of P transmitters, pressure switches, valve positioners, pressure gauges, etc.
